-Larue D Carter Memorial Hospital- Neuro Diagnostic Institute (NDI), Behavioral Health Contracted 2018- 2023:

◊ Oversee the educational and consultative services for mentoring the onsite IP and hospital stakeholders.

-Indiana Department of Health (IDOH):

   Clinical Manager Hepatitis A Strike Force Team 2018: 

◊ Manage the vaccination response for the Hepatitis A outbreak in Indiana.

◊ Coordinate clinics and resources across the state providing education to providers and public in county jails, soup kitchens and homeless shelters.

Infection Preventionist (IP) Epidemiology Resource Center, (IDOH)  2018-2019, IP Program Manager Contract  2020-2022:

◊ Perform onsite assessments and education in long term care, dialysis, ambulatory and acute care

◊ Provide assistance in Healthcare associated infection outbreaks and clusters.

◊ Assist with program development and grant activities.

◊ Mentoring resource to all Infection Preventionists in Indiana.

◊ IP Program Manager for the COVID-19 Long Term Care IDOH outbreak assisting in statewide infection prevention guidance and oversight of 11 infection preventionist and 1 epidemiologist. 

-University of Indianapolis Center for Aging, ( IDOH grant) 2019-2023:

◊ Provide subject matter infection prevention expertise to development of  curriculum for Long Term Care (LTC) Infection Preventionist (IP), Paraprofessional CNA training package, and Resident and Family education across Indiana. 

◊ Teach six 8 hour day professional staff courses from curriculum developed to Long Term Care IP provider’s through 2020. Published Leaders guides for paraprofessionals and family/resident education packages for LTC. 

◊ Taught two 8 hour long term care IP courses for American Senior Care. 

2015 - 2018 Indiana Market Leader for Infection Prevention Process Improvement Standard work 19 ministries:

◊ Serve as a mentor for statewide Infection Preventionists (IPs) in Ascension St Vincent Health’s 19 ministries. Developed an on boarding mentoring tool for IPs across our system with focus on the novice IP. 

◊Developed standard work for Hand Hygiene for all 19 ministries. Developed web-based data entry site, system SharePoint site and standard education for associates, hand hygiene observers -Life savers. 

 ◊ Developed education program and facilitated the team effort to have Peyton Manning to be a part of our annual Hand Hygiene education for all associates 2018. 

◊ Develop program and perform project management for system wide mandatory influenza vaccination program for 25,000 associates. 99% Vaccination rates 2015-2018. 

◊ Lead standard work for CLABSI, CAUTI, and CDI HAI reduction efforts across our Indiana market to include one adult policy for each HAI (44 polices were in place across our state), 42% reduction from CY 16 to CY 17 in the number of patients infected with CLABSI, CAUTI, and CDI in our Indiana market. 

◊ Provide project management for system wide infection control and medication management surveillance system implementation for all Indiana ministries.  Performed validation for the IP platform for our largest hospital and supported all ministries.

2022 Indiana Department of Health- Certificate of Appreciation- Dr. Kris Box, Health Commissioner- For Infection Prevention Leadership in Infection Prevention and Control for all Hoosiers.
