Do you Need an Infection Prevention Consultant?
I am interested in short and long-term health care consulting, infection prevention consulting projects that make organizational differences and improve outcomes for patient centered holistic care. Program assessments, outbreaks, onboarding, construction, renovation, and infection control risk assessments.
I have specialized in long term care ICAR assessments and developed curriculum for training the newly added long term care (LTC) infection preventionist. I am available for oversight of your program and mitigation of outbreaks. I am board certified in LTC-CIP.
I am available for speaking engagements to assist your teams in improving hospital associated infection programs. Special interests: Training IPs in Behavioral, Acute, and Long term care / Expertise for 25 years in PeriOperative services and Sterile Processing / Improving Hand Hygiene programs / Process improvement strategies to drive down HAIs.
I am a seasoned mentor for novice IPs and program oversight in hospitals, behavioral health, ambulatory surgery centers and long-term care.
I excel in regulatory compliance standards and can do on sight program assessments including but not limited to specializing in PeriOperative Services as a Board Certified PeriOperative Registered Nurse (CNOR) and Board Certified Infection Prevention and Control (CIC).
